The Aussies shine at the Global Champions Tour in London

It was a great weekend for the Aussies at the Global Champions Tour in London.

Congratulations to Chris Burton and Chedington Azzurra for winning the CSI2* Martin Collins London Cup (against the clock, no jump-off, 1.30m) at the Longines Global Champions Tour. They were clear with a time of 62.26, more than a second ahead of second place.

Georgina Harvey-Lazarus on Night’s Watch placed third in the CSI2* Hyde Park Stables Trophy (against-the-clock with jump off, 1.15m), producing a double clear with a jump-off time of 37.18.

Edwina Tops-Alexander on Toulini Olympic placed fourth in the CSI5* Two Phase 1.45m, producing a double clear with a time of 29.19. Riding Fellow Castlefield, Edwina also contested the Global Champions League teams event alongside Great Britain’s John Whitaker; their team, Valkenswaard United, finished in fifth place.
