Hot competition at the StableGround Winter Dressage Championships

The StableGround Winter Dressage Championships took place at Boneo Park from 11-13 August, with competitors stepping out at all levels from Preliminary through to Grand Prix, and across all five para dressage grades.

Toni Webb secured the Highest Dressage Score Award of 74.711% with pony Salient Park Once Again in the Novice 2.1, while Dianne Barnes earned the Para Equestrian Excellence Award with her score of 75.288% in the Grade IV Freestyle riding Sorena. Both riders received an exquisite A1 photo print of their choice courtesy of One Eyed Frog Photography.

Championship results across the levels were:

Small Tour Championship: Karen Blythe and Sonic K

Small Tour Pony Championship: Toni Webb and Salient Park Prince

Advanced Championship: David Nathan Boyle and Bachelor

Medium Championship: Justine Greer and Daily Dancer

Medium Pony Championship: Bettina Kopetzky and San Sebastien

Elementary Championship: Justine Greer and Daily Dancer

Elementary Pony Championship: Jessie Flemming and Pen-Nant Fire Cracker

Novice Championship: Jasmine Haynes and Fleur De Cherie

Novice Pony Championship: Toni Webb and Salient Park Once Again

Preliminary Championship: Stuart Archibald and Vixen Storm

Preliminary Pony Championship: Cassandra Fasan Jones and Kyandra Undercover

Para Dressage Grade I Championship: Stella Barton and Falcon Disco Hit

Para Dressage Grade II Championship: Maddison Cooke and Byalee Magic II

Para Dressage Grade III Championship: Kelly Ffrost and Revelwood Obsession

Para Dressage Grade IV Championship: Dianne Barnes and Sorena

Para Dressage Grade V Championship: Mietta Innes-Irons and Elfenzauber

In addition, Justine Greer and Yarramee Fonzie won the Inter II with 69.779% and the Grand Prix with 68.533%, while the Grand Prix 16-25 went to Kaitlyn McGill and Flowervale Sancierra on 65.706%.
